Scott Cohen is an Investment Consultant and a co-founder. He has broad experience working with large retirement plan sponsors,
and specialized knowledge of stable value products and annuities. He received a
B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. in Finance from
Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to forming Bellwether Consulting, Scott
was an Investment Consultant for Prudential. He actively consulted with several
large-scale retirement plan sponsors to provide guidance on investment
selection, policy formulation, and performance. Scott also has experience in the
analysis of retirement plan liability cash flow and risk management, formulation
of interest rates and terms for guaranteed investment contracts, and product
development.
Keith Hocter is an Investment Consultant and a co-founder. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from The Ohio State
University and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Keith has
extensive experience in retirement and investment services. Prior to forming
Bellwether Consulting, Keith led the Investment Services Team for Prudential’s
defined contribution business, providing consulting support to large retirement
plan sponsors. Keith has also managed the RFP response, investment communication
and education, and product development teams for retirement services. He has
experience in financial analysis and modeling, and was responsible for
forecasting earnings and credit ratings for Prudential and its asset management
subsidiaries. Keith holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a
member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, where he serves on the
Institutional Asset Management Committee.
Colleen Procyk is an Investment Consultant and co-founder. She has extensive experience working with large retirement plan
sponsors on the design, management and ongoing monitoring of their investment
programs. Prior to forming the firm, Colleen was an Investment Consultant for
Prudential with responsibility for several large defined contribution clients.
Colleen also has experience in development and production of retirement marketing and investment education material for defined-contribution
plans. Colleen received her B.A. in
English from the University of Notre Dame. She is a freelance writer whose work
has appeared regularly in major newspapers.
Lynda Sandersen is an Investment Consultant. Prior to
joining the firm Lynda served as Chief of Staff for Prudential Retirement,
where she was responsible for supporting strategic projects and planning
activities. Lynda also has extensive experience in sales and marketing,
underwriting and liability/risk analysis, and product development for guaranteed
investment contracts (GICs) and other stable value products, including development of a guaranteed, target maturity mutual fund
series.
Lynda received a B.A. in English from Douglass College, Rutgers University and
an M.B.A. in Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
